Buying a home
Kenneth has helped buyers purchase 31 homes across Markham, Richmond Hill and Toronto since 2022, from first condos to a $2.9M detached home. He helps you find the right home, checks what the listing leaves out, and negotiates the price and terms.
Why buyers choose Kenneth
CNE-certified negotiator. Every offer is built on recent comparable sales, the seller's situation, and the terms that matter as much as price: deposits, conditions and closing dates.
Years working inside builders and developers across the GTA, before ever listing a home. Useful for new builds, assignments and judging how a house was actually put together.
Fully bilingual, so nothing gets lost between you, your family, sellers, lawyers and lenders.
You'll hear the downsides of a property before you fall for it, and a straight answer when a home isn't worth the price.

Buyer questions
In most Ontario purchases, the buyer's brokerage is paid from the commission the seller's brokerage offers to cooperating brokerages. Your Buyer Representation Agreement sets out the agreed amount and what happens if the commission offered on a particular home is lower. Kenneth walks through the agreement with you before you sign.
You choose the areas, home type, bedrooms and price range. Kenneth sets up a personal MLS® search with those criteria, and new matching listings are emailed to you as they come on the market. You can change the criteria or unsubscribe at any time, and there is no obligation to work together.
Kenneth works across Markham, including Unionville, Cornell, Berczy, Cathedraltown, Angus Glen and Victoria Square, as well as Richmond Hill, Thornhill, North York, Vaughan, Stouffville, Newmarket, Aurora and the City of Toronto.
