We've been looking to upsize in York Region for some time. Given how expensive the market is, it was very reassuring that Ken was there to guide us through. He was very attentive with our needs and always quick to reply. He gave us listings that matched our checklist and realistic advice when we strayed a bit too far out of our budget. After viewing a handful of properties, he was able to find our home and won our very first offer presentation! We also had to sell our condo.
