About Kenneth Sek · 石松謙
Licensed since 2015 and with RE/MAX my whole career. 120+ sales and purchases, 20 Markham homes sold for sellers, a RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, and a habit of preparing harder than the situation seems to need. Your home deserves the over-prepared version of me.

Origin
Before I ever listed a home, I spent years embedded with builders and developers across the Greater Toronto Area, learning how properties are priced, positioned, and sold before they ever reach the public market.
I watched what separated a home that sold at or above asking from one that sat, relisted, and eventually sold for far less than it deserved. The difference was rarely the property itself. It came down to preparation, marketing, and an agent who treated the outcome as personal.

Differentiation
I race triathlons. Three disciplines, one race, no shortcuts. You train every leg, or one leg costs you the whole event. It sounds like a personal detail. It is actually the most accurate description of how I operate as a broker.
Performance mindset

Real estate and motorsport are not as different as they look. The best result comes from preparation, clean data, calm execution, and knowing when to push.
A strong launch is not a poster, a sign, and hope. It is timing, positioning, feedback, adjustment, and the discipline to make decisions from evidence instead of emotion.
Bilingual in English and Cantonese.
Born in Hong Kong and fluent in Cantonese and English. In Markham, that means direct access to the many qualified buyers who prefer to do business in Cantonese.

How I work
01
Preparation first
Every issue I solve before your listing goes live is one less thing that can derail your sale. I walk every property, identify every weakness, and address every objection before a buyer has the chance to use it against you.
02
Honest numbers
I will not inflate your expected sale price to win your listing. That approach feels good for two weeks and costs you money in the end. You get the real number, the honest timeline, and a plan to achieve both.
03
Full availability
Real estate does not operate on business hours and neither do I. You will have my direct number, my actual response, and someone who understands that a delayed answer can be a deal-breaking one.
04
Your outcome is my reputation
I do not have a marketing budget for billboards. My growth comes from the referrals of clients who got more than they expected. That means your result is my most important business asset.
Start with a free, no-pressure home valuation. Know your number before you decide anything.
