These terms apply to kennethsek.com and to calls, emails and text messages sent by KSek Homes Inc., operating as Kenneth Sek Homes, a real estate business led by Kenneth Sek, a salesperson with RE/MAX Realtron Realty Inc., Brokerage, 7800 Woodbine Ave, PH1, Markham, ON L3R 2N7 (together, "I", "me" and "my"). 2. Text message program

If you opt in, KSek Homes Inc. may call, email and text you for real estate services, including replying to your request, setting up calls or showings, sharing valuations and market updates, and following up on your buying or selling plans. By ticking the optional box on a form on this website, you agree to be contacted by KSek Homes Inc. by call, email and text for real estate services. Ticking the box is not required to submit a form, obtain a valuation or work with me, and consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies depending on your conversation and what you requested. Message and data rates may apply and are set by your mobile carrier; I do not charge for texts. Mobile carriers and their partners are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Opting out and help

To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected]. For emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. You may also tell me directly by phone or email at any time.

4. Your phone number and privacy
